WeCare Mission Trips

WeCare mission trips not only help those stricken with poverty, illness, and loss, but they also present the opportunity for you to take an active role in bringing hope to others.

WeCare was launched in 2001 to coordinate a nation-wide response utilizing youth and young adults to help with disaster relief following the terror attacks on 9/11. Over the course of the year, WeCare sent 920 volunteers to New York. Since then, WeCare has provided aid in Belize, Guatemala, New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Texas, and Haiti.

If you and your youth group would like to take part in a mission trip, WeCare can manage the components of the trip that are the most tedious, allowing you to focus on what is most important: Service and Salvation.

For more information, questions, or ideas, please email the WeCare Missions director, Vern Byrd, or you can call him directly at (269)-208-7183.
