Arthur Blinci heads up the risk management and loss prevention program of Adventist Risk Management, Inc. Blinci heads the team addressing the growing needs of the Church both through enterprise wide risk management programs, as well as micro programs focused on assisting local churches and schools better anticipate and prevent losses in their activities.
Blinci has more than 30 years of risk management experience within the Adventist Church. He has presented numerous risk management and leadership seminars around the world.
Prior to joining ARM in 1986, Blinci served as assistant treasurer for the Michigan Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, where he oversaw employee services and insurance.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Andrews University and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University. Blinci has also received the Associate of Risk Management designation and is a certified facilitator for the Development Dimensions International leadership courses.
In addition, he has been a board member of the Washington, D.C. based Nonprofit Risk Management Center, an organization for which he has also served as president. In 1999, Blinci was privileged to testify on behalf of the non-profit sector before the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations and Emergency Management.
